In the Customer Management section, the advisor can get an overview over all data and the exact financial situation of the client. Offer creation

With help of an electronic risk questionnaire, the customer is put into a specific risk class. Within this risk class, the advisor can choose from different options of the analysis branch. The offer creation closes with an extensive analysis for the customer, where the current and the expected portfolio are contrasted with each other.
The offer creation with automatic analysis includes:

Customer Relationship Management and risk monitoring


Regular risk monitoring
The depot and portfolio data (e.g. investment limit presetting, volatility limits) is monitored and compared to the existing data every 24 hours; an alarm is triggered if action is needed. Thus, the customer immediately informed about important changes.

Interest management
Categories, in which the advisor enters interests and individual investment limits of the customer, are set globally in the administration section. Using these detailed customer categories, the right customers for any upcoming events (golf tournaments, business lunch, etc.) or the emission of new products (biotech-fund, new asset management strategies) are found within a heartbeat. CRIS also supports form-fax, -letters and -mail creation using your office program/suite.

Customer journal and to-do list
Everything that happens with or by order of the customer is recorded in the customer journal. The to-do list functions as reminder for every upcoming task.

Financial planning

With all the key data about every bonds depot and other assets, it is easy to identify if there is anything missing in the financial plan and if so, close that gap with an suitable offer/product.
